Four lightly fried mini chimichangas filled with barrio and cheese. Served with consomé or guacamole and sour cream.
Tender grilled chicken, steak, or shrimp with ripe peaches, queso fresco, mildly nutty toasted pipits, cucumber, corn salsa, and fresh avocado served atop a bed of spring mix greens, then tossed in a full-flavored mango habanero honey vinaigrette.
Perfectly seared 8oz salmon topped with fresh mango salsa. Served on a bed of squash, zucchini, onions, and peppers, finished with a grilled lemon and paired with our Mexican rice.
Grilled steak, chicken, or shrimp wrapped in a flour tortilla with a Mexican cheese blend and sautéed vegetables. The burrito is then basted with our spicy BBQ sauce and grilled again. Served with Mexican corn and rice.
Choice of seared Red Snapper or Mahi Mahi cooked to perfection & served on a hot skillet atop of rajas & finished with salsa fresca. Comes with rice & your choice of beans.
