Barbacoa Shepherd’s Pie

Black beans, roasted corn, onions, peppers, Barbacoa, queso fresco, and mashed sweet potatoes baked in a cast iron skillet
and served with a side salad.

1800 Reposado Tequila, fresh squeezed lemon juice, honey. Served hot.
