Rules and Regulations:

1. Passport stamps are available when dining in only.
2. No more than two stamps may be earned per visit, per passport book. Please drink responsibly. 
3. Stamps will not be awarded during promotional events that contain tastings of margaritas found in this passport book.
4. Must be 21 years of age or older to play and/or claim prizes.
5. Must be 21 or older to order any alcoholic beverages.
6. Must present completed passport sections to claim coupons/discounts in this book. 
7. Passport book and prizes are only valid at Margaritas Mexican Restaurant locations in ME, NH, MA, CT & NJ.
8. Menu pricing is subject to change.
9. Margaritas Mexican Restaurant Group reserves the right to suspend or cancel any prize or the game itself.
10. Purchaser of passport holds the sole responsibility for checking the accuracy of completion prior to receiving prizes and rewards.
11. This program, and all prizes included, are void where prohibited.
12. Margaritas employees are not eligible to participate.

Grand Prize Drawing:

1. To enter the grand prize drawing, your completed passport must be turned in to any participating Margaritas location in ME, NH, MA, CT, or NJ on or before February 20th, 2026, at 9 PM.
2. Must be present to win.
3. Grand prize winners will be selected from applicable entrants on February 22nd, 2026, during our Passport / Margarita Day Party.
4. Value of prize not to exceed $1,500.
