8 oz of whitefish grilled in salsa butter and finished with a drizzle of homemade tomatillo sauce. Served with a side of lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, salsa fresca, cheese, and pineapple salsa.
Hawaiian Fajita
Onions, peppers, pineapple, and a choice of chicken or shrimp tossed in our homemade pasilla pepper sauce, served in a hollowed out pineapple & topped with pineapple salsa. Served with lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, salsa fresca, and cheese.
Each fajita comes with tortillas (corn or flour), rice & choice of black or refried beans
